One of my favorite things about the 21 Day Fix meal plan is all the delicious meals/recipes that I have been finding on Pinterest! The other day I found a recipe for Strawberry Cheesecake that is 21 Day Fix approved. I am OBSESSED with strawberry cheesecake so I of course pinned it! {Recipe I pinned found here}
Well today I finally decided to try this. It was so good and super easy to make! If you are doing the 21 Day Fix and want a desert or something new -- def try this! AND it will only count as 1 Red + 1 Purple container.
I N G R E D I E N T S
- STRAWBERRIES (I used fresh Strawberries)
- FAT FREE RICOTTA CHEESE
- ONE PACKET OF TRUVIA
- 1/2 TEASPOON OF VANILLA EXTRACT
- DASH OF CINAMON
