After my first work out last week I thought maybe I should blog about it that way I'd HAVE to continue because if I stopped then my readers would know that I stopped. In reality, most of my readers probably wouldn't even care but in my mind they would. And in my mind they'd think I was lazy, and we don't want that.
I never got to post about my work out last week. I actually didn't post at all last week. I've been slacking. BUT I was reading some of the blogs I follow this morning and came across a link up that Desirae at Going with the flow started about working out/fitness! So I am def. starting this link up and will hopefully continue it so that my work outs will continue.
So this is kind of everywhere but I wanted to share with everyone my first work out and my weigh in.
I want to explain something first: I am not trying to lose a ton of weight, maybe 5-7lbs that is it. I am mostly trying to get fit. I don't think I have any muscles, and if I do, I can't find them. So the goal is either find my muscles or get some. Anyways here's my work out schedule for last week.
I plan on making these posts a little more organized
as to what machines I do and reps, etc. but I’m still all new at this. If you

Sadly, I did not work out at all this week. I
actually pulled something in my neck this weekend and it’s still hurting but I
hope to be back at working out on Sunday & I will continue to link up, every
week. No more excuses.
Funny thing my sister & I just finish talking about this over the phone. I have really bad love handles and I can't seem to let them go! I'm 5'1 and I weight 118 my goal is 110 so 8 pounds to lose. I'm a junkie at food but when it comes to having to do dinner or anything that Demi is gonna eat out of I'm super healthy. So I agree when it comes to working out I hate it! But I plan on working out again.
